The Bharat E-Commerce Association (BECA) seeks to be a pro-active, market-oriented association that shall seek to provide evidence-based policy and regulatory support to its members.
Through an in-house think tank and sector-specific working groups, it seeks to gather evidence and generate original research that shall inform its policy advisory and advocacy initiatives.
One of BECA’s key distinguishing features is our dedicated focus on digital commerce. We are a one-of-a-kind association that is formed exclusively for e-commerce companies in India and our advocacy is aimed at ensuring the overall growth and development of the sector.
Our advisors comprise a panel of retired IAS officers with decades of experience in policymaking at the highest levels of the Central Government. With a combination of policy experience and a wealth of knowledge, they will provide invaluable insights on industry issues.

BECA’s advocacy adopts a 360º vision, cutting across sectors that form part of the larger e-commerce ecosystem. Our advocacy will address a wide range of issues from an e-commerce perspective for the holistic development of the sector.
